Step 1: Locate Your Tracking Number

Once your order for Shorts, T-Shirts, or Two-Piece Sets is processed and shipped, you will receive an automated email from [email protected] containing your unique tracking number. This email is sent within 24–48 hours after dispatch. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for a message with the subject line: “Your Zyralie Order Has Shipped.”

Step 2: Use a Third-Party Tracking Service

We recommend using 17Track for the most accurate and real-time updates. It supports all major carriers we work with, including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and local postal services. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit www.17track.net .
  2. Enter your tracking number in the search bar on the homepage.
  3. Click the “Track” button. You will instantly see the current status, location, and estimated delivery date.
  4. For ongoing updates, you can bookmark the page or enable email notifications through the site.

Alternatively, you can use PackageRadar at www.packageradar.com or AfterShip at www.aftership.com for similar functionality. Simply paste your tracking number into the search field on any of these platforms.

Step 3: What to Expect During Transit

Your package will go through several stages: Order Processed → Picked Up by Carrier → In Transit → Out for Delivery → Delivered. Typical delivery times for our products are 7–14 business days for standard shipping and 3–5 business days for expedited options. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs clearance for international orders.
