You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide, including shipping and payment details, is accurate and complete. Zyralie reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or a violation of these terms.

All content on the Zyralie website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and software, is the exclusive property of Zyralie or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. The purchase of a product does not grant you any rights to the intellectual property associated with its design or branding. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from Zyralie. If you are not completely satisfied with your Shorts, T-Shirts, or Two-Piece Sets, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Defective or incorrect items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement.
• Final sale items, if any, are not eligible for refund or exchange unless defective.
